About Rolls-Royce Wraith
The Rolls-Royce Wraith is a four-seat, two-door grand tourer with a fastback body and rear-hinged coach doors. Unveiled in 2013 and built at Goodwood, England, it brought a more driver-focused character to the marque’s modern range while retaining the refinement, craftsmanship and extensive personalisation associated with Rolls-Royce.
Power comes from a 6.6-litre twin-turbocharged V12 paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. The Wraith was notable for combining strong, effortless acceleration with a quiet cabin and comfort-oriented road manners. Its Satellite Aided Transmission used navigation data to anticipate suitable gear selections for the road ahead.
The standard Wraith formed the core of the range, while the Black Badge Wraith arrived in 2016 with increased torque, revised dynamic settings, darker exterior detailing and a more assertive character. Numerous limited and individually commissioned versions showcased Rolls-Royce’s Bespoke programme. The final Black Badge Wraith Black Arrow collection was restricted to 12 cars.
Production ended in 2023. The Wraith occupied a distinctive position as the brand’s last series-production V12 coupé, serving as a more performance-oriented alternative within the ultra-luxury line-up. It is particularly known for its imposing fastback styling, powerful V12 engine, handcrafted interior and broad scope for customisation.
