About Mazda Scrum
The Mazda Scrum is a compact kei-class vehicle family introduced in Japan in 1989. Early models were sold as the Autozam Scrum before adopting Mazda branding. The Scrum is supplied to Mazda by Suzuki and shares its basic design and engineering with the Suzuki Carry and Every. It gives Mazda a practical entry in Japan’s tightly regulated kei segment without requiring a separately developed platform.
The range includes the Scrum Truck, a two-seat light commercial pickup with an open cargo bed; the Scrum Van, designed mainly for business and delivery work; and the Scrum Wagon, a passenger-oriented version with greater comfort and equipment.
