About Maserati MCPURA
Maserati introduced the MCPURA in 2025 as the evolution of the MC20, refining the earlier model’s design, cabin and aerodynamic details while retaining its core engineering. It serves as Maserati’s halo road car and sits at the performance-focused end of the brand’s range.
This two-seat, mid-engined super sports car is offered as the MCPURA coupé and the open-top MCPURA Cielo. Both are built in Modena, Italy, where Maserati also produces the model’s engine and carries out Fuoriserie personalisation work.
Power comes from Maserati’s 3.0-litre twin-turbo Nettuno V6, producing 630 CV in European specification or 621 hp in the US. An eight-speed dual-clutch transmission sends power to the rear wheels. The carbon-fibre monocoque helps control weight and provides the rigid structure required for high-performance driving.
Butterfly doors are standard on both versions. The Cielo adds a retractable glass roof that can change between transparent and opaque settings, allowing it to function as either a closed or open car.
The MCPURA is known for combining supercar performance and compact proportions with a more refined, road-oriented character. Its position reflects Maserati’s emphasis on Italian design, lightweight construction, advanced combustion technology and extensive factory customisation.
