About Lamborghini Veneno

The Lamborghini Veneno is an ultra-limited, road-legal V12 supercar created to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary in 2013. Rather than joining the regular model range, it belongs to Lamborghini’s “few-off” series of collector-focused cars and sat beyond the Aventador, then the brand’s series-production V12 flagship.

The model was offered as the fixed-roof Veneno Coupé and the open Veneno Roadster. Lamborghini produced three customer coupés, retained a fourth for its museum and built nine roadsters, making 13 cars in total. Both versions use a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 producing 750 CV and a seven-speed ISR automated transmission.

The Veneno is known chiefly for its racing-prototype-inspired appearance and emphasis on aerodynamic efficiency, downforce and high-speed stability. Its carbon-fibre monocoque and body, prominent rear wing, deep air channels and large diffuser create a form far more extreme than Lamborghini’s regular production cars. Despite its track-influenced design, it was fully approved for road use. Within the Lamborghini lineup, the Veneno remains one of the brand’s rarest and most radical limited-series V12 models, combining flagship performance with experimental materials and highly distinctive styling.
