About Jeep Avenger

The Jeep Avenger is a subcompact crossover SUV developed primarily for Europe and introduced in 2022, with production beginning in 2023 at the Stellantis plant in Tychy, Poland. At 4.08 metres long, it is Jeep’s most compact model and sits below the Renegade as an entry point to the brand. Its size and positioning suit urban and suburban use.

The Avenger remains in its first generation. It launched as Jeep’s first battery-electric production vehicle, marking an important step in the brand’s electrification programme. Depending on the market and model year, the range also includes a conventional petrol version, a front-wheel-drive e-Hybrid and the Avenger 4xe, which uses a hybrid system and electrically assisted all-wheel drive.

The model is known for combining city-friendly dimensions with recognisable Jeep design, practical interior storage and a relatively high driving position. Front-wheel-drive versions focus on everyday efficiency, while Selec-Terrain driving modes, hill-descent control and useful ground clearance add capability beyond that of many urban crossovers. The 4xe provides stronger all-weather and light off-road ability. The Avenger was named European Car of the Year for 2023.
