About Dodge Forza
The Dodge Forza is a subcompact four-door saloon developed specifically for the Venezuelan market. Introduced in 2013, it was assembled by Chrysler de Venezuela at the company’s Valencia plant in Carabobo. The model was created to give Dodge a locally produced entry in the high-volume B-segment after the end of local Dodge Caliber production.
Rather than being a unique Dodge design, the Forza was a rebadged version of the Fiat Siena, reflecting the growing cooperation between Chrysler and Fiat at the time. It used the updated form of the original Siena generation, with Dodge emblems and limited cosmetic changes. Only one Forza generation was offered, although equipment differed between the LE and higher-specification LX versions.
Power came from a 1.4-litre FIRE four-cylinder engine paired with a five-speed manual transmission and front-wheel drive. A notable feature was its factory dual-fuel system, designed to operate on petrol or compressed natural gas. This configuration addressed local demand for economical everyday transport and extended driving range.
Within the Dodge range, the Forza occupied the affordable family-car position rather than the performance-focused role associated with many of the brand’s North American models. It is mainly known for its straightforward mechanical layout, compact exterior dimensions, four-door practicality and close technical relationship with the Fiat Siena.
