About Audi Q6 e-tron
The Audi Q6 e-tron is a fully electric midsize premium SUV introduced in 2024. It was the first production Audi based on the Premium Platform Electric, developed specifically for battery-electric vehicles, and marked an important step in the brand’s EV programme. Within Audi’s SUV range, it sits between the smaller Q4 e-tron and the larger Q8 e-tron.
The first generation is available in conventional SUV and lower-roofed Sportback forms. Depending on the market, the range includes rear-wheel-drive models focused on efficiency, dual-motor quattro versions with all-wheel drive, and higher-performance SQ6 e-tron variants. China also receives long-wheelbase Q6L e-tron and Q6L Sportback e-tron models adapted for local requirements.
Production of international versions is centred at Audi’s Ingolstadt plant in Germany, where the Q6 e-tron became the first fully electric high-volume model built at the site. China-specific versions are produced in Changchun.
The Q6 e-tron is known for its 800-volt electrical system, rapid DC charging capability, spacious cabin and modern digital interface. Its long wheelbase supports passenger and luggage space, while available air suspension and quattro drive broaden its comfort and all-weather credentials.
