About Audi Q4 e-tron
The Audi Q4 e-tron is a battery-electric compact premium SUV introduced in 2021. It was Audi’s first electric SUV in the compact class and became an important volume model in the brand’s transition to electric vehicles. Production began at Volkswagen’s multi-brand plant in Zwickau, Germany, using the Volkswagen Group’s dedicated MEB electric-vehicle platform.
The model is offered in two body styles: the conventional Q4 SUV e-tron and the Q4 Sportback e-tron, which has a more steeply sloping roofline. Depending on market and model year, the range includes different battery capacities and power outputs, with single-motor rear-wheel-drive versions and dual-motor quattro all-wheel-drive variants.
